• Sheet data you upload or connect (Excel/CSV/Google Sheets) for validation/reconciliation.
• Usage & device data (logs, timestamps, pages, basic device info) for security and product analytics.

• Operational emails (approvals, diffs, errors, status).
• Security, abuse prevention, and compliance.

We process your sheet data to run rules, generate diffs, and create snapshots for rollback. You control your data and may delete runs and snapshots at any time. We do not sell your data.

Where applicable (e.g., GDPR), we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests (product security & improvement), and consent (when required). For Indian users, we follow the principles of the DPDP Act, 2023.

We use trusted providers to host and operate the service, for example:

• Cloudflare Pages (hosting & CDN)
• Google (optional Google Sheets connection)
• Email provider (e.g., Resend) for notifications

We’ll update this list if it changes. Contact us if you need a signed DPA.

Account data is retained while you have an account. Operational logs and snapshots are retained for a reasonable period or until you delete them.

Data may be processed in countries where our providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) where required.

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR, India’s DPDP Act), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data and to object or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We follow industry practices (encryption in transit, least-privilege access, monitoring). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Our service is not directed to children under 16.
